Full-time annual tuition grade 9-12 (8 credits):  $15,175

Full-time one term tuition (2 credits):  $4,225
Full-time one term tuition (1 credit):  $2,350

Payment Policy:

Fees (paid in full) must be received no less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the semester/course. Placement in any course will not be guaranteed until total fees are received. Payments received following day 1 of the semester/course commencement will incur a $100 penalty per course.

Cancellation Policy for Full-Time Programs:

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Multi-course packages (6/7/8 Course Packages) are offered at discounted rates and cannot be broken throughout the Academic school year. Upon registration, tuition fees paid for multi-course packages are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • AVRO will refund 100% of the tuition fees paid in the event that we are not able to offer an advertised course.

  • In the event that a student is ineligible for admission prior to the course start date, all fees paid will be refunded.

  • An NSF fee of $50 will be applied to all cheques processed with insufficient funds.
     

Term-by-Term Courses:

  • Fees are fully refundable up until 90 days prior to the commencement of the course.

  • Between 89-46 days prior to the commencement of the course, a credit note for 100% of the value of the course will be issued.

  • Within 45 days of the commencement of the course, there will be no refunds or credit notes issued.

Once enrolled, the next step is an admissions interview. This one-hour interview is an opportunity for our team to explore the student’s academic needs, interests, and goals to determine how AVRO can work for him or her. We encourage parents or guardians to attend the interview with the student.
