A $300 Registration fee is due at time of registration is non-refundable. When we receive your registration form and registration fee payment, we will contact you to schedule a meeting to select courses, set schedules and discuss your learning strategies.

1 on 1 Requested Individualized Study (1 student)  $3,400 per credit course

Payment Policy:

Fees (paid in full) must be received no less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the semester/course. Placement in any course will not be guaranteed until total fees are received. Payments received following day 1 of the semester/course commencement will incur a $100 penalty per course.

Cancellation Policy for Full-Time Programs:

• All cancellations must be made in writing.

• Multi-course packages (6/7/8 Course Packages) are offered at discounted rates and cannot be broken throughout the Academic school year. Upon registration, tuition fees paid for multi-course packages are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• AVRO will refund 100% of the tuition fees paid in the event that we are not able to offer an advertised course.

• In the event that a student is ineligible for admission prior to the course start date, all fees paid will be refunded.

• An NSF fee of $50 will be applied to all cheques processed with insufficient funds.
   

Term-by-Term Courses:

• Fees are fully refundable up until 90 days prior to the commencement of the course.

• Between 89-46 days prior to the commencement of the course, a credit note for 100% of the value of the course will be issued.

• Within 45 days of the commencement of the course, there will be no refunds or credit notes issued.
